Frosty has been in the Billings area since 1953. Having grown up here, Frosty has watched Billings grow from a small western town to a dynamic western metropolis. He learned his sales skills in the machinery business. He learned his business skills, owning and operating a landscaping company. In 1989, he began selling real estate.
Frosty successfully served clients for 4 years before earning his broker’s license. He was then the head broker of a large real estate firm. Managing was challenging and rewarding but he missed the pleasure of helping folks buy and sell homes and returned to residential sales.
In 1969, life changed forever for the better. He married the love of his life, Suzanne and just celebrated 44 years of togetherness. He is proud of his 2 children, Kristy and Erik.
Frosty has always been intrigued with the marketing side of the real estate business. He has attended hundreds of hours of marketing educational sessions. He has read dozens of books on marketing
This knowledge has given him insight to determine what works effectively for home owners, and how these tools can be implemented with the highest degree of effectiveness. His marketing plan is designed to find buyers willing to pay top dollar for a home, just like you want!
